High achievers are typically optimists.

Whilst a great trait, the flipside is that you risk biting off more than you, or your team can chew. This can lead to frustration and a sense of failure when the exhaustive action list is never achieved, even if the results are still amazing!

Even the smartest high performers need help with clarity to navigate the chaos. The art is to translate lofty ambitions into clear, actionable steps that everyone can recall effortlessly.

This is almost always done by focusing on less rather than more. To simplify. To strip out the 'nice to haves' and 'should haves' and focus only on what's mission critical.

You can celebrate all the progress over and above afterwards, I assure you there will be plenty to cheer about!

What's your advice to create clarity in the chaos?
