“I Do It Mythelf”: When Strength Becomes Strain

Allegedly, my first sentence was 'I do it mythelf'.
And that probably stands true to this day. Hyper-independent, with a strong need for autonomy and self-direction.
It's a core part of who I am, an innate strength. But when overused, it's my undoing. I take on too much, don't ask for help, dig deeper, work harder.
Awareness of our character goes along way to understanding what we need, where we shine and stumble.
Knowing our strengths is also a core ingredient in leading sustainably - by focusing first on where you add the most value, with the least amount of energy applied.
What strength do you overuse?
Is it true of you from your earliest of days?
