I'm convinced that we need connection, imperfection, fun, support and the space to be together more than ever.

Memories and relationships aren't made on chat GPT, and these are the things that sustain, develop and energise us.

Of course, I'm using AI and digital in a variety of ways on a daily basis but am counterbalancing it with putting more energy into real human connection.
