There's a collective inner struggle playing out at the moment, between doing as much as possible or pausing for a while.

People are guiltily admitting that they'd rather hibernate for a while, than produce or pivot.

- Some are worried that if they pull back, their business or career will suffer forever.

- Others feel that they 'should' be doing all those things they never usually have time for

- Others feel that they should prioritise family at the moment

- Almost all have found that the perception of more time was waaay off! (me included)

Yes, there are plenty of people who are reveling in

the challenge and transforming their practices with relish.

Neither is right or wrong.

COVID has crystallized what we value most, as well as what we truly need as a base, for our survival and satisfaction.

If you’re struggling with what to prioritise, put aside the ‘shoulds and coulds’ and give yourself permission to do what you VALUE and NEED.

You will be ready to rock when the time is right.

What are you doing differently during COVID?
