Where strategy meets support

Being a CEO can be exhilarating, rewarding - and deeply isolating.
You’re the sounding board for everyone else. The decision-maker. The holder of vision and values. And somewhere in there, you’re still trying to do your best thinking while half-drowning in emails, meetings, and daily demands.
That’s why I created the CEO Collective.
Not as another networking group or a lecture series. But as a room designed specifically CEOs of SME & NFP organisations to step out of the whirlwind and into strategy, space, and support.
And most importantly, into conversation with people who get it.
One of our regular attendees described it better than I ever could:
"𝘐𝘵 𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘢 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘺 𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘱 𝘰𝘧 𝘊𝘌𝘖𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘢 𝘸𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘴-𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴, 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘴, 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭-𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦. Richard.
It’s not about ego or showmanship. It’s about helping each other think better, lead better, explore real issues and feel more like yourself in the process.
Each session is curated to prompt meaningful discussion and clear priorities. No filler. No fluff. Just genuine insight, a strategic pause, and human connection.
