Why For-Purpose Leaders Deserve Development

The world of for-purpose leadership isn’t just under-resourced, it’s often under-supported.

After years of working with CEOs and Executives leaders across this sector, it is clear that there is an enormous need to better support managers, along with a strong desire to make it happen - but a lack of affordable and accessible options available.

Budgets are always tight, so development options are understandably ad-hoc, inconsistent or simply out of reach.

Or, time is so limited that traditional programs just don't fit into the schedule.

As a result, many passionate, talented people are in management and leadership roles with little preparation or guidance, facing complex issues with limited time and resources, while trying to stay connected to the purpose that brought them there in the first place.

This puts further pressure on already stretched Executive and P&C teams, and prevents people leaders from doing what they do best - making an impact in the community.

That’s why I created 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘐𝘔𝘗𝘈𝘊𝘛. It’s designed for the unique pressures and needs of the sector and it's people. It's a coach-led, contemporary learning experience that builds leadership confidence and capability in a collaborative and digestible format.

Because with the right support, people leaders spend less time firefighting and more time making a real difference.
