Why Meaningful and Enjoyable Work Still Drives Me

Life’s too short to do work that isn't meaningful and enjoyable.

I don't mean that's it's perfect everyday, but that our careers should be a positive and rewarding challenge overall.

🌟 Meaningful work for me = helping others to make an impact in their workplaces, careers and communities.

🌟 Enjoyable = working closely with great people who I always look forward to seeing and truly care about their success. Doing work that is valued and varied.

This was the core premise of ADAPT when I started it 15 years ago and still is to this day. I've always felt strongly that anyone can adapt their approach or environment to create better workplaces and experiences for themselves and others.
