Your Next Evolution

After a horrendous renovation experience a couple of years ago, we finally got around to updating some of the near-dead furniture in our house with some lovely new bits and pieces.

It's brought unexpected levels of contentedness and comfort. (Yes, we are lucky and grateful!)

But, no sooner had I sat down on the new couch, than I was looking at the rug that needed to be bigger and the bare walls asking for more colour.

The fact is, that just like us, it will always be a work in progress.

Just as our homes evolve over time, so do our organisations, and the needs of those leading them.

With each achievement, your base level of expectation lifts and aspirations rise again. At every age and stage, your goals, challenges and opportunities will level up, requiring a new set of strategies.

This is a natural evolution in your career, which while it can feel daunting, it's one that requires continual adaptation to thrive, along with the space to be deliberate about it.

For the next phase of your leadership evolution, some things to ponder:

• What is required of me now?

• How will I need to adapt my approach to level up?

• Will my time need to be spent differently?

• What will energise me, and my people?

• How can I help my team rise to the next level?

• What can be simplified?

• Is our strategy still fresh and relevant?

• What's critical to ensure that I will work sustainably?

• What would it look like if it was enjoyable?

• What support do I need to lead the next phase with clarity and confidence?

⭐ Which one of these is more most relevant to you, or is there something else on your mind?
