Calm, Confident And In Control?

At a recent CEO roundtable we discussed the need to have a calm, confident in control persona, when behind the scenes it can be anything but!
Others only see the polished production, not the intensive activity and planning in the wings to bring it all to life.
It's important to give people confidence in your leadership.
It’s equally important to be able to discuss what’s happening behind the scenes with others who truly get it.
To untangle what's actually going on, to prioritise, to validate, celebrate, problem solve, make decisions and accelerate progress - because the show must go on.
Having peers in your corner and a trusted sounding board isn’t indulgent, it’s a strategic move to lead yourself and others well.
