Getting Unstuck

You can rarely think your way out of a mental maze.
Our minds are full - urgent issues derailing us, personal overlaid with the professional, the 'should, would and could's' all churning around in our heads like a washing machine.
Going it alone often leads to lost time, sleep and wasted mental energy.
Sure, you can journal, whiteboard and write. These are all great strategies to help.
Personally, I find the best way to achieve clarity and momentum is to talk through what I'm stuck on with someone who truly gets it. I'm instantly relieved and empowered to take action. Not only that, I feel connected, supported and energised.
I am so grateful to have an inner circle of likeminded people who understand my world and whom I trust implicitly to listen, question and guide me through objectively.
I'm sure this is also one of the things my clients value most about working with me. However it's not just about having a coach and sounding board, it's having a network of peers who have your back and can contribute to your growth and wellbeing.
💚 What strategy do you use to get unstuck?
