What does success mean to you?

If you aren't crystal clear what you truly want, you will keep working tirelessly and meander, rather than moving deliberately towards what you really desire.

Do you crave more time, less stress, more fun, less work, more money, less commuting? Many do.

However, it needs to be far more specific than that and is driven by your values.

Does your unique version of success relate to:

๐“๐ข๐ฆ๐ž - with family, to learn new things, to be creative

๐Œ๐ž๐š๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  โ€“ contributing, helping others, developing people, making a difference

๐…๐ž๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐  - confident, calm, peaceful, joyful, healthy, strong, well, free, energised, clear

๐€๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ โ€“ having your own business, a new role, business growth, financial resources, intellectual accomplishment, physical challenges

๐„๐ง๐ฃ๐จ๐ฒ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญโ€“ Art, sport, food, wine, music, friends, nature, dancing, laughing, adventure, beauty, design

๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ง๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง โ€“ Great friends, happy children, close community

It's worth exploring and very specifically nailing 3 - 5 of your top choices. Then, those priority values can be used as a lens to guide your choices and do more of what matters most.
