Monday Mojo

The people I work with want to be productive, clear, calm and confident.


There’s no better way to do this than to get control of your week before it takes over the wheel.


One approach that has worked wonders for me is what I call 'Monday Mojo'.


On Mondays, I put aside some time to plan my week, tweak my fortnight and month, block out time, and work on some of the ‘big rocks’ like proposals or program design.


The benefits have been huge! It's helped me to:


1. Prepare for the weeks ahead

2. Get in proactive control of my diary

3. Clarify the priorities for the day and week

4. Kick off the week with the most important things

5. Feel calm about my ability to tackle what’s to come

6. Make space for things I enjoy

7. Think creatively and strategically before the week speeds up


It's incredibly empowering and helps me to feel organised, calm and in control. I also really enjoy it, which is a great way to kick off the week.


I truly believe some space early in the week is critical to lead well, be productive, proactive and feel good about yourself.
