Recovery between sprints powers up your success

Ambitious people often feel guilty about resting.

But the reality is that it powers up your productivity and creativity.

So rather than thinking of it as 'rest' (which can feel a bit lazy), try reframing breaks as recovery between sprints. You wouldn't run for 8 hours straight would you? (Well, most of you wouldn't). So why would you expect yourself to work 8 hours straight and then some, with no reprieve?

Set your year up for success by building in micro breaks, lunch breaks, coffee breaks, nature breaks, movement breaks, play time, good times and put the guilt aside.

I'm testing 'exercise snacks' this year (3 min micro workouts)

I'm also putting an alarm on to remind me to get up and move at least once per hour.

Let's see how I go...what are you planning to keep you energised?
