While I’m not convinced that no one wants to be a CEO anymore, as there's plenty of evidence to the contrary - there’s no doubt that it's a tough gig with an every increasing remit.

That’s why it’s never been more important to lead yourself sustainably. To meet complexity with calm. To stay energised and optimistic through uncertainty. To pursue impact without sacrificing your health, sanity or soul.

Leading organisations today isn’t just about strategic thinking or operational excellence. It’s about being clear, deliberate, and purposeful about what matters most- so that you can sustain your organisation without depleting yourself.

Because sustainable organisations need sustainable leaders.
