Here’s a super simple way to feel a sense of achievement, boost your mood and get more done every day.
This three-step approach has had a profound impact on my sense of progress, clarity, being able to close off the workday and feeling good, despite a never-ending action list.
At the end of each workday:
1. Write down the three things you’ve achieved.
2. Write down the three most important things to get done tomorrow.
(Only 3! You will of course do more, but this forces you to prioritise mission critical activities)
Plus:
3. Before you go to sleep, write down three things that went well, or that you’re grateful for overall from that day.
That’s it.
Feed your achievement monster, prioritise, be more productive and boost your mood in less than 5 minutes a day.
