THE CEO COLLECTIVE
It's increasingly difficult for SME CEOs to find the space to be strategic, with the ongoing tension between delivering results and relentless operational demands in an ever evolving external landscape.
The CEO Collective was founded to bring SME CEOs together and provide the much needed opportunity to share experiences, explore challenges, foster connection and learn from each other in a confidential environment.
The CEO Collective is open to all Adapt Group clients and a select number of guests as a stand alone membership. It is a community where the power of connection comes to life in a relaxed environment.
We meet quarterly to discuss topical issues and take time out to think and plan. New members will also have the option for an individual strategy session specific to your needs.

QUARTERLY EVENTS
We meet over coffees and croissants each quarter to discuss relevant topics, with plenty of time for reflection and getting to know others.
No talk fests, sales or presentations, just a guided conversation to so that you can connect, think and get strategically clear.
STRATEGY SESSION
New community members receive a 90 minute strategy session to focus on individual and immediate needs. We can explore, plan and problems issues such as:
- Strategic Leadership
- Team alignment
- Elevating performance
- Prioritisation & planning
- Communication & credibility
PEER NETWORK
You will become part of a peer network, to share questions or opportunities throughout the year on a though a private platform.
Through this ongoing connection, there are unlimited opportunities learn and partner with each other in various ways.

Hi, I'm Sophie Graves. I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of CEOs, Boards and Executives for over 20 years as an executive coach and advisor.
I have a depth of experience across culture, strategy, communication, leadership and organisational development.
I founded The Adapt Group in 2008 to help SME leaders and teams to be their best and make an impact in their carers and communities.
Now, I'm passionate about creating a community for SME CEOs, to provide an additional opportunity for strategic clarity and growth.
