This takes awareness, but also courageous authenticity to be yourself and the deliberate intent to find the confident leader within and build the skills you need.

The Adapt 'Group' refers to the group of practitioners who bring their skills sets together and work flexibly in our areas of specialisation for the benefit of our clients. In future, the Adapt Group will also refer to our wonderful clients who we will bring together for learning and peer networking.

With over 20 years of experience across Organisational, Leadership, Strategy Development and HR, I’ve worked with small, large and global organisations in both the public and private sectors, across most industries. This includes 6 years with KPMG and many years representing leading edge consulting firms.
Throughout this time I have designed and led numerous leadership, culture, and strategy programs with Executive teams and Boards. I have coached hundreds of leaders, including CEO's, Founders and Leaders at all levels.
For the last 11 years, I've founded and grown 'Adapt' into a successful leadership and organisational development business.
My qualifications are in Psychology, Business and HR. I’m also a certified Executive Coach and seasoned facilitator with accreditations in several psychometric tools which build awareness of leadership and personality skills and styles.
My unique skill is being to distil the relevant business, people and team insights into simple, practical and fit for purpose applications for SME leaders.
