Founded in 2008, the Adapt Group represents the belief that life is too short to be unhappy at work.  We firmly believe that it is always possible to adapt ourselves, or our environment to create better workplaces where everyone can thrive.

To that end, we adapt what we've learnt in big business to help purpose driven places and people to achieve great things and enjoy their workplaces.  We love helping good people to do great things!

The Adapt 'Group' refers to the group of experienced practitioners who bring their skills sets together and work flexibly in their areas of specialisation for the benefit of our clients.

We partner closely with our clients to help them and their teams to thrive, do their best and enjoy their work.
