I’m passionate about helping good people to build the confidence, capability and clarity they need to lead themselves and others well - especially when what they do matters so much.

Over many years, I have seen an enormous need that was going unmet. So, I decided to customise an affordable, accessible program specifically for the purpose, health and community sectors which resonated immediately - our first cohort welcomed 43 participants across 8 organisations and continues to go from strength to strength.​
