Learning is delivered in short, sharp segments across six or twelve months, that works with the realisties of their time and resource constraints.

#1, Enhance is designed for any level of leader who has had limited exposure to leadership development.

#2, Elevate, is for continuing participants, or those who have had exposure to foundational leadership development previously.

Digestible and do-able - High value development in approximately 4 hours per month.
1. Monthly Virtual Workshops
Interactive sessions covering essential leadership areas: Leading Self, High Performing Teams, Courageous Conversations, Delegation, Prioritisation, Strategies for Stress, Manager as Coach, Facilitation and presenting and more.
2. Peer Pods
Monthly small group peer discussions where your leaders can address current challenges, build their network, and learn from others navigating similar situations in purpose-driven organisations.
3. Weekly Micro Learning and Individual Experiments
Pre-work questionnaires, weekly content videos and learnings, and individual experiments that help participants apply what they've learned immediately and interatively to compound and embed their development over time.

Micro learnings build on the monthly workshop modules, with content on areas such as assertiveness, change, communication, leadership identity, leveraging strengths, team alignment, performance strategies and managing pressure.
​
4. Small group coaching
Monthly, optional group coaching for those needing additional support with specific questions or challenges.

5. Organisational Support
Pre-program consultation, easy enrolments, monthly reporting, mid-program check-ins, and an end-of-program debrief to ensure the development aligns with your organisational needs and creates lasting change.
